Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

LOCAL DELIVERY
Due to production demands and metro Atlanta traffic, local delivery is only available for wholesale orders.
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday after 5 PM.
We’ll contact you by text or email on the day of delivery using the info you provided at checkout.
Local Delivery (Exception)
Available only for close family and friends. If you're unsure whether you qualify, please contact us before placing an order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not currently offer international shipping.
SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes at this time.
ORDER STATUS
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to update.
If you haven't received your order within 7 business days of shipping confirmation, email us at support@nuearthco.com with your name and order number.
