01 / FULFILLMENT

Processing Your Order

Each NUEARTH CO. order is carefully prepared before leaving our hands. Please allow approximately 3–5 business days for processing, excluding weekends and holidays.

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. During periods of higher order volume, fulfillment may take longer.

02 / DELIVERY

Shipping & Transit

We currently ship within the United States. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, estimated delivery is generally 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and shipping service.

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Weather conditions, carrier disruptions, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control may affect transit times.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery destination.

We offer complimentary standard shipping on qualifying orders over $75. Any applicable shipping charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Tracking Your Delivery

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation containing available tracking information.

Please allow time for the carrier to update its tracking system after accepting your package.

05 / NATURAL BODY CARE

A Note on Warm Weather

Our body butters are crafted with natural botanical ingredients and may soften when exposed to elevated temperatures during transit. This is a natural characteristic of the formula.

If your butter arrives softened

Place the closed container in a cool location and allow the product to return to a stable consistency before use. Avoid leaving your package outdoors or in direct sunlight for extended periods.

06 / DELIVERY CONCERNS

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review your concern.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging when applicable. We'll review the details and help determine an appropriate resolution.
