At Nuearth Co., we take pride in crafting high-quality, small-batch body butters using premium, organic, and ethically sourced ingredients. Because our products are made in limited quantities and designed for personal use, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.

Not Happy With Your Order?

Your satisfaction means everything to us. If there’s an issue with your order—whether it arrived damaged, incorrect, or not up to our usual standard—please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@nuearthco.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging, if applicable

We’ll evaluate the situation and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our skincare products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns on used or opened items.

Order Issues & Lost Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please contact the shipping carrier first. If they’re unable to assist, reach out to us—we’ll do our best to help, but please note we are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery.
